A message from Gen. David Davis Donar, USMC (ret.), President of DeepCurrent, Inc.

When Global Nemesis CEO Hugh Jassman first approached me with an offer to acquire DeepCurrent — the international security firm I co-founded with my dear friend Brig. Gen. Reginald Caswallawn — I was, to say the least, skeptical. Frankly, I’ve never had much respect for “corporate types” — never trust a man who hasn’t broken down an M-16 in a foxhole or sharpened a ka-bar by the light of the full moon, I always say. But as soon as I sat down with Hugh, I knew he was a man of his word; a man who could be trusted; a patriot.

Now, two short years after DeepCurrent became a division of Global Nemesis, we are truly the premier private security and counter-terrorism organization in the world, bar none. With offices and mobile command operations in 197 nations around the globe, the influence of DeepCurrent is seen from the desert sands of Libya to the snowy peaks of Bhutan. Last year, with the acquisition of our squadron of 314-B1 Super Tucano propeller-driven fighter planes, and the addition of the 24,000 ton Mega-Badr III aircraft transport and launch carrier, DeepCurrent professionals can be deployed to any trouble spot in the world within days — often reaching their appointed destinations and departing before military units are even able to get their logistics straightened out. In fact, our fleet of Mark V Mini-Subs, equipped with Terminator surveillance drones, has a response time and strike capability that is bested only by the most elite special forces units on the planet.

What does this mean for Global Nemesis investors? Peace of mind. Global Nemesis capital is secure and 100% threat-free — thanks to the hardworking account managers and operatives at DeepCurrent. That’s my personal guarantee. Two months ago, when Somali pirates attempted to misappropriate several key assets of Drummond Shipping, a Global Nemesis business unit headquartered in the Netherlands, DeepCurrent was able to secure the release of those assets quickly, and with minimal casualties. In fact, the relatives of the two Filipino merchant seamen who lost their lives continue to express their gratitute for the generous donations that made the Manila-Jassman Community Center a reality. Drummond Shipping CEO Arnold Drummond recently announced that DeepCurrent security agents will be stationed on many of their ships on a routine basis.

Last spring, when rival warlords threatened to sabotage a multi-billion dollar pipeline constructed by Global Nemesis partners in the remote areas of a nation I cannot name, DeepCurrent utilized every diplomatic and martial means available to protect the valuable resources of the region. Collateral damage was minor and the local inhabitants are now quite pleased with the modern structures that are being build to replace their once crumbling and archaic architectural eyesores.

Now, there is one matter that I’d like to clear up. That has to do with DeepCurrent’s former mascot, Happy Missle Man. As many of you know, Happy Missle Man was making an appearance at the Homeland Security and Anti-Terrorism Conference in Seattle at the same time as the Gay Pride Parade was taking place. It caused a bit of confusion and I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to all Global Nemesis employees.

As Global Nemesis continues to grow, and the world around us continues to shrink, it is comforting to know that a crack team of security professionals will always be there, waiting in the shadows, to make sure that all is well. As my dear friend Reggie used to say, “DeepCurrent is forever diligent, forever faithful, forever ready, FOREVER!” I know he would be proud.

On May 8, 2009, Global Nemesis president and CEO Hugh Jassman IV announced that he is considering purchasing the online free social messaging utility called Twitter.

“I am simply amazed by this new technology,” said Jassman at Friday’s board meeting. “I just signed up this morning and I already have over 100 followers. People like Demi Moore and Miss California Carrie Prejean. This Twitter is a public relations goldmine!”  twitter_logo.jpg

Following the meeting, the Global Nemesis acquisitions team was instructed to make an offer for Twitter. A response from the San Francisco-based company is pending.

In March 2009, a Nielsen.com blog ranked Twitter as the fastest-growing site in the Member Communities category for February 2009. Twitter had a growth of 1382%.

“Growth of 1382% is outstanding and certainly makes Twitter worthy of our interest,” Jassman announced at an afternoon press conference. “I think most people know that when Global Nemesis is interested in acquiring a new subsidiary, the potential for growth and financial return is a given.”
